Putting people into stereotypes only gives you a negative outlook on people in general.
Blonde chick, wow she must be a stupid whore.
Guy with glasses and a little skinny, wow, he’s a geek.
Guy that plays Call of Duty and other games in that genres, oh he’s a jock guy!
Girl that likes to play old school nintendo games, oh she’s just a fangirl that wants to get all the geek guys.
See what I mean?
I myself play WoW, and I am a Graphic Design college graduate, on my way to being a video game designer.
****It is the interaction between thousands of people worldwide, the competition, the status, the groups and friends you foster. It also incorporates following a storyline through doing quests, immersing yourself into a very lush and vast world than the outside reality that you live everyday.
Its so messed up when people say that ppl are losers because they play a game, and if they are losers because they play a game then because there is so many people that play WoW that means they are the majority so wouldn’t that make them not Losers by default. Anyway its not so much as addictive as good. People play the game a lot because its good. If I played FF or something for 2 years i would want to rip my eyes out of my head.
I have been playing for over 3 years. I have a family and only play when I am not busy, just got home from work, or are up late. I don’t think it makes you a loser unless you don’t do anything else, live in your mom’s basement, over 20 years old, never had a job or friend in real life and just play wow all day. What I think makes it addicting is the need to level to 80, be better then everyone else and the fact that you can never beat the game and there are always new weapons and spells, the one’s addicted believe they are their character in game.

The longer you play the bigger the loser you are.
